Hi, My Name is Shakira McQueen. I'm A Freelance Photographer From Brooklyn, NY. After My Daughter was born, I decided to change my career to something I love. I've always had a good eye for specific aesthetics but never knew where to start. I eventually started my photography journey during the pandemic (2020) and took off from there. Balancing motherhood with my creative career, I strive to bring a unique blend of professionalism, artistry, and relatability to every project.

As a Black female photographer in the celebrity space (a field often lacking diverse representation), I feel passionate about creating space for more women of color in the industry and being visible as a successful entrepreneur. I've been storytelling for about 6 years. I plan on making memories forever.

I love showing my clients their photos, and they go crazy. I love capturing moments that my clients will never forget. Pictures are life-lasting memories.
