er! My Name is Kenneth Dapaah, and I am a Full-time Photographer and Creative Director based in Miami. Born and raised in the Bronx, the roots track back to Ghana. My journey began at 11 when my pastor taught me @photoshop. After he ingrained me with all the knowledge he had, I continued to teach myself any other software that dealt with the field of design. I picked up a camera in my Junior year of high school and began to teach myself the basic rules. Initially, I had no main goal to achieve as I started photography, but as time passed, I figured that I wanted to visualize and change the perspective in art for my generation.
 
Art is the freedom to express yourself with your creativity. I strive to freeze moments that tell compelling stories. Each image has become a piece of my journey. Looking back at where I've started and where I currently am is a fantastic feeling. 

I've been a storyteller since the 5th Grade. My art teacher would always admire my paintings. She always told me that I would be something unique to the world, which has always stuck with me.

My favorite part of shooting portraits or concert photography is the energy you can get between the camera and the subject. The adrenaline you get from seeing that one dope photo you are shooting is immaculate.
